This year’s theme is “Diverse Change Makers Leading the Future!” This conference is a platform for newcomer youth to realize their potential in using their collective voices to advocate for change, and learn of tools to make an impact, not only on their personal life but also within their community.

The conference is composed of breakout sessions, from diverse community leaders to build youth capacity, and youth performers to bring the audience on a cultural celebration of diversity.

The sessions will be highly interactive and will give youth the opportunity to discuss issues such as climate justice, activism through art, and creating social justice initiatives.

Youth will have the opportunity to listen to empowering guest speakers who have experienced some of the same fears and barriers as them and found their unique gifts to succeed in Canada.
